The bus will drop the group off
for brief walks to various sites.

3.5-Hour Walking Tour
This tour is an in-depth walking
tour (36 city blocks) of sites
important in Alexandria’s
journey from a slave-dependent
economy to a thriving city honoring
diversity.
The tour departs from the Alexandria
Black History Resource Center.
It is recommended that participants
visit the Resource Center prior
to the walk to view an 10-minute
video of America’s first
“sit-in.”
