This tour is offered to groups and church congregation. Reservations are required in advance. We put together a complete package providing transportation, dining and site-seeing all in one day. Enjoy an excellent meal at one of Old Town's best restaurants, The Fish Market. Choose your date and contact Alexandria Colonial Tours to make your reservation while the dates are still available.

After you have booked with us: When you reserve your tour date we will give you a confirmation detailing payment method, deadlines and the place to meet your tour guide. A 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to your tour date. You will then receive a detailed itinerary of your tour.

On this spectacular tour you’ll see:
 
• Old Town Alexandria’s historic buildings (by bus) decorated in Colonial and Victorian style.
  o 18th Century brick homes and shops adorned in traditional garlands
o Sparkling Christmas Tree adorning historic Market Square
o A mile-long array of brightly lit trees lining King Street

• Historic Christ Church- see its 18th century sanctuary and learn its history, architecture and mission from and experienced docent. Take a photo sitting where George Washington, Robert E. Lee and many US Presidents worshipped.*
• The Congressional Christmas Tree- towering on the West Lawn of the Capitol. *
• Shimmering decorations - lining the streets from the Capitol to the White House.
• National Christmas Tree - the brightly lit evergreen on the White House Ellipse.*
• Pageant of Peace - surrounding the National Christmas Tree - twinkling Christmas trees from every state and thousands of sparkling lights. Warm yourself by the crackling fire of the Old Yule Log.*
• Embassy Row - if time permits, you'll take ride up Embassy Row and drive by the National Cathedral. Or stop at the World War II Memorial on the National Mall.
