A self taught folk artist, Patricia Palermino lives in Alexandria, VA. She has been painting for many years and publishing and exhibiting her works since 1990. Using vibrant colors and often playful characters, Pat creates scenes that combine whimsey, humor and pride in the American landscape. She has painted images for the U.S. Capital Historical Society, Winterhur Museum, Mount Vernon, Williamsburg, the National Easter Egg Roll at the White House, Gunston Hall and is in many other private and public collections. Her latest projects include licensing images to produce puzzles, calendars, stationery and a children's book "Doggie Tails of Alex and Andria in Alexandria".
